1. To what do these terms and conditions apply?
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all EU or international orders and govern your contract with us for (i) the sale of Products; and (ii) international delivery services. They also tell you the rules for using our website, shop.basketballbelgium.be (our site).
1.2 Please note that some provisions of these Terms and Conditions apply differently depending on whether you live in Belgium, the EU or outside the EU. Provisions that may vary include those in Articles 4 (How a contract is formed between us), 9 (What are delivery and handling charges?), 10 (How to pay and VAT) and 11 (Import duties and tax payments and Customs). In each of these provisions, we have indicated which conditions apply to you in your country of residence. In addition, please refer to the definitions of 'EU' and 'Non-EU countries' in clause 2 below.

1.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order made by a minor, under 18 years of age, when the consent of that minor's legal guardian has not been obtained. If you are under the age of 18, you must ensure that your parent or legal guardian is aware and agrees before agreeing to purchase anything online. By subscribing to emails or entering a contest that requires information about you, you warrant that you are over the age of 16.
By purchasing our Products, you confirm that you are a consumer. A consumer is someone who is:
