RETURNS POLICY:
Our return policy is simple. You may return your merchandise up to 30 days from the date your package was shipped.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
It may take up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
All return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Important information:
Personalized items cannot be returned. A refund is only allowed if the garment is defective, damaged or wrong. We do not accept responsibility if a replica shirt or shorts is printed once, if a player leaves the team and/or changes his team number, or if the badge changes in the future.
We cannot return products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g. underwear/bathwear due to hygienic reasons) or that may spoil or age quickly.
OTHER INFORMATION:
In accordance with your right to cancel, if you return your entire order within 14 days of such order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s) at our warehouse.
We will refund you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. If an electronic refund is not possible, we will process your refund by other means.

How do I return an item?
1. Pack the items to be returned in a safe and adequate manner.
2. Report your return via email to shop@basketbal.vlaanderen. Include your order number and which items from the order are being returned.
3. Provide your return package with the correct address information, have it sufficiently franked and drop it off at the nearest shipping point. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer making the return.
