DELIVERIES IN BELGIUM
Standard delivery in Belgium (3-10 days): Most standard orders are shipped via a fully trackable courier/postal service. Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number and a link that allows you to check the status of your package. Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days. Please allow for possible longer delivery times when dealing with personalized items.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Transit times depend on the location of the delivery address.
International Standard Delivery: this service may be delivered via a local postal service and may not have a tracking number. If a trackable service is used, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link that allows you to check the status of your package. Orders are usually delivered within 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Please allow for possible longer delivery times when dealing with personalized items.
ALL DELIVERIES
To qualify for standard delivery, your order must meet the criteria below. If your order exceeds any of these, the standard delivery option is not available:
- The order must be under 2 kg
- The order must have a value of less than €150
- The order must not be larger than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm
Some more remote addresses may involve longer transit times. Cost depends on the weight and volume of your order.
If an order contains a personalized item, this may increase the shipping time of your order regardless of which delivery service is selected.
Made-to-order/personalized orders may be shipped via a non-sequential delivery service. If you have not received it, you must notify us within 40 days of the shipping date. We cannot guarantee further assistance with the location of your order after the 40 business days.

Processing Fees
We may charge a handling fee in addition to shipping costs to cover warehouse storage and packaging costs. Such charges will be displayed at checkout.
Import duty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from Belgium and import duties and other charges may apply when entering other countries. Any import duties, clearance charges, taxes or transportation costs are the responsibility of the recipient and we accept no liability for such charges.
We cannot advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries, as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even by item. If additional charges are due upon delivery, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
